NEEK is an independent real estate transaction and advisory boutique focused on complex and large-scale real estate and infrastructure mandates. We combine structured market access with analytical preparation, transaction strategy and disciplined execution.
Our work begins with a clear understanding of the interests, constraints and decision criteria of every relevant party. From there, we build a process that structures information, targets the right counterparties and moves the transaction towards an executable outcome.

Philosophy
The right transaction requires the right structure — and the right people at the table.
Independence matters here in a practical sense: we are not tied to a product, a platform or a balance sheet, which means the advice can follow the transaction rather than a distribution target. Where a mandate is better served by saying no, that is what we say.
