What We Do

Real Estate Transactions

A transaction is a strategy, not a listing.

NEEK advises on selected residential and commercial real estate transactions, as a rule from a volume of EUR 20 million. Every mandate is assessed individually.

01

Positioning

One strategy, four inputs.

The objective is not a standardised sale process but a strategy that brings the asset, the owner’s objectives, the buyer profile and the market environment into one line of reasoning. Where those four do not fit together, no amount of outreach will fix the outcome — which is why the strategy is developed before the market hears anything.

04

Assessment

An honest view is part of the service.

Not every asset is marketable at the price the owner has in mind, and not every situation calls for a process at all. We say so before a mandate begins. Where we take a mandate on, we give a realistic assessment of opportunities, risks and feasibility — and we do not promise outcomes that depend on the market, on financing conditions or on third parties.

NEEK does not provide legal, tax or regulated financial advice, and does not replace technical expert reviews. Where a mandate requires it, we involve qualified specialists and coordinate their work within the process.
